Happy Wednesday! I feel like I have been M.I.A. on the blog this week but I have been a busy bee. But, I could not let a What I Ate Wednesday go by without telling you guys about the best recipe ever! Thanks to Jen for hosting!

I feel like I have discovered the biggest life hack thanks to Just Jessie B! I wish she lived in Illinois, so I could give her the biggest hug!

I am slightly obsessed with Larabars! My favorite flavors are Cashew Cookie, Lemon, and Banana Bread. They are all pretty delicious though! Living a Paleo lifestyle, Larabars have such a great ingredient list with no extra additives or chemicals, not to mention filling.

They are my go to snack, especially when I am in a rush. I may or may not always have one in my purse. Don’t judge me :-). However, I am on a tight budget and Larabars definitely aren’t cheap. I know my Larabar loving friend Brittany, will agree

When I discovered Just Jessie B’s blog, which by the way is AMAZING, and saw her homemade Larabar recipe and corresponding You-Tube video, there are no words to describe how happy I was!
